Make certain that the server(that would be the PC where the databases are installed on) is switched on and that all network connections are working.
I get an error: "DBS ERROR NOT FOUND IN ERROR.SQL"

You need to install "Deployer41" on your computer. If Datamem Software Solutions never told you what this is, please contact them and a friendly staff member will help you install the software.
